Seth Robertson is a Vice President and Principal and also serves as Division Manager for the Multi-Family Division of Britt, Peters and Associates in the firm’s Charleston, SC office. Seth brings to the firm a wide-range of knowledge on structural designs that include a vast array of building materials such as wood, structural steel, heavy timber, concrete, and masonry.
A Registered Professional Engineer in four states, Seth has extensive experience with complex multi-family projects, including projects in high wind, coastal, and high seismic regions. His structural design experience encompasses commercial, educational, institutional and residential projects.
Seth graduated from The Citadel with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Structural Engineering Institute, and the Structural Engineers Association of South Carolina.
