Britt, Peters is serving as the structural engineer for the Winchester Regional Airport Terminal relocation and expansion. The relocation and expansion is of an existing 9,245-square-foot terminal at the airport. The total construction cost will be $6.3 million and includes 70 new parking spaces, as well as changes to comply with new FAA standards that include 400 feet between the terminal and the runway. The new building includes 7,810 SF of CLT.
