Britt, Peters served as the Mass Timber Specialty Engineers for the the renovation of the University of Pennsylvania Stouffer Hall. The renovation included the living areas, restrooms, and improvements to the building's accessibility. Weatherproofing improvements were also made to the exterior of the building. 5,100 SF of CLT was installed on the 5th floor and roof of Stouffer Hall.
