Britt, Peters served as the Civil Engineer for the development of this 1.66-acre tract for the new UCB Headquarters at 200 E. Camperdown, as well as Structural Engineer for the four story118,000 SF office. The new headquarters for United Community Bank houses over 300 employees and includes a 3,500 SF retail branch, two outdoor terraces and 350 parking spaces. The building also features 17,000 SF of other retail space.
