This 7-story multi-use establishment is Greenville’s first structure to be constructed with Diversakore beams and columns. BPA worked in a ‘fluid’ manner to coordinate with the design changes throughout the project. The new building includes a ground floor retail space, 4 levels of apartments and 2 levels of office space.
