Britt, Peters provided the structural assessment of the existing wood and masonry structures and design for the renovation of four vacant warehouse (circa 1930-1950) buildings into a mixed use development. The scope of design work included modifications to existing openings, addition of new cantilevered canopies, and the reinforcement of the existing roof to accommodate a roof top amenity space. The development includes several restaurants and a brewery.
