Britt, Peters provided the structural engineering design for Keer’s Phase II facility located on the Indian Land campus in Lancaster, SC. The facility consists of six steel-framed buildings, each 3 stories in height for a total of 270,000 square feet. Phase II also included a 35,000 square foot, steel-framed warehouse as well as a 2,500 square foot warehouse.
