Civil and structural engineering design for a new 90,000 SF, 7-story hotel in downtown Greenville.

Civil Engineering included site development, above ground to underground utility conversion coordination, water and sewer coordination with the City of Greenville and Greenville Water System.

Included in the scope is a detached parking structure with 89 total parking spaces that is constructed using precast (pre-engineered) concrete. The hotel includes an indoor pool, lounge, meeting space, and fitness room.
