The structural system from both the parking deck and hotel structure consists of post tensioned cast in place concrete slabs supported by cast in place columns and walls, which are all supported precast concrete piles. The tight site constraints resulted in a complex geometric interaction between the parking deck and the building. Additionally, the pool and outdoor plaza area are constructed on the 2nd floor of the post tensioned slab.
