Home2 Suites Upton is a 10-story, 181 room hotel in the heart of Charlotte, NC's Uptown district. The structural system use is comprised of a composite concrete metal deck, supported by light gauge bearing walls, supported by a post tensioned two level podium. The lateral system used is concrete shear walls. Foundation system was a pile system.
