Echo St. Office

Britt, Peters serves as the delegated timber engineer for the four-story, 286,430 SF office building, part of the new 19-acre Echo Street development in Atlanta, GA. The building will feature Class A office space, 21,000 SF creative loft space, a 5,000 SF gym, a 3,000 SF amenity center, and a 21,000 SF creative loft space. Echo Street office also features a subterranean 635-space covered parking deck. The building features CLT panel floors/ceilings and will be a beautiful example of Mass Timber in an office environment.
