The Brookhaven City Hall is an 56,030 SF, 4-story office building with below grade parking and totals 99,590 SF. The new city hall houses offices and chambers for the mayor, city council, and city staff. The building is on 1.2 acres and includes an atrium, retail and restaurant space, event space and catering kitchen, and a rooftop terrace.
